Do you accept residents from the United States?
Yes. Many of our residents and their families live in Southern California. Our bilingual team helps make the transition as smooth as possible for English- and Spanish-speaking families.
What languages do you speak?
Our team communicates in both English and Spanish.
Care & Services
Is care available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Residents receive compassionate assistance and supervision 24 hours a day.
Do you provide Memory Care?
Yes. We provide individualized care for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Do you provide Hospice Care?
Yes. We provide compassionate support for residents receiving hospice services while working alongside hospice providers and the resident’s healthcare team.
Do you offer Respite Care?
Yes. Families may choose short-term stays when they need temporary assistance while traveling, recovering, or taking a break from caregiving.
Do you help with medications?
Yes. We assist residents with medication management according to physician instructions and applicable regulations.
Do you help with bathing and dressing?
Yes. We provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily living activities while encouraging as much independence as possible.

Are meals included?
Yes. Residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals prepared daily.
Can special diets be accommodated?
Whenever possible, we work with families and healthcare providers to accommodate dietary needs and physician recommendations.

Transportation
Do you provide transportation?
Transportation assistance may be available for medical appointments and other approved needs, depending on scheduling and availability.
Can you help if my loved one needs medical care in the United States?
Yes. Because many of the families we serve live in Southern California, Casa Emmanuel can assist in coordinating transportation for certain medical appointments and emergency-related situations in the United States.
Transportation is available for an additional fee and is subject to scheduling, availability, border requirements, legal requirements, and the resident’s medical condition.
Safety
Is Casa Emmanuel licensed?
Yes. Casa Emmanuel Senior Living is a licensed facility in Mexico.
Is your staff trained for emergencies?
Yes. Our staff receives CPR training and participates in regular emergency preparedness drills.
What is your caregiver-to-resident ratio?
Casa Emmanuel maintains an approximately 4:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, allowing us to provide more personalized attention than many larger facilities.
